Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  1. Garlic                      1 pod
  2. Butter                      1 cup
  3. Salt                          1 tsp
  4. Coriander leaves     handful
  5. Water                      1 cup
Method
  • Peel Garlic, cut coriander leaves.
  • Pressure cook Garlic adding 1 cup of water.
  • Cook for 2 whistles. Drain water and reserve for making bread.
  • Grind Garlic to a smooth paste.
  • Butter should be at room temperature.
  • Add salt, Garlic paste, Coriander leaves mix well.
  • Serve with bread, fried chicken.
