Ingredients
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Eggs 5
- Coriander leaves little
- Green chilies 4 chopped finely
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Maida 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
Method
- Boil noodles. Cool it.
- Mix all the ingredients and pour a ladleful on Tawa.
- Roast on both sides and serve with mayonnaise and chili sauce.
- Serve with tomato and white chutney.

- Chapati 6 cut into pieces
- Onion 2 chopped
- Tomato 2 chopped
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Curry leaves little
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsps
- Chilly sauce 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing [optional]
- Salt 1 tsp

- Hing a pinch[optional]
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil fry mustard seeds add dhal, curry leaves, hing.
- Add onion for 2 minutes fry tomatoes until soft.
- Mash tomatoes and add salt and water.
- Boil and mix chapati pieces cook for 2 minutes.
- Finally add mint leaves, mayonnaise, chilly paste and garam masala evenly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with more mayonnaise it tastes heavenly.

For seasoning
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves handful
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp

Method
- Heat oil in an IRON Kadai. Gravy must be boiled in this Kadai.
- Splutter mustard add seasoning, curry, mint leaves, onion, turmeric.
- Fry until translucent, add tomatoes mash, and ground masala.
- Mix and fry until oil separates add chili, pepper powder, curry masala.
- Add water and salt mix well boil for 5 minutes on high heat.
- Simmer on low flame for 30 minutes or until oil floats on top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapati, idly, dosa, appam anything.

- Tamarind small lemon size or 1 tbsp paste
- Onion 1 big sliced
- Green chilies 6 slit
- Tomato 1 chopped
- Curry leaves little
- Groundnut handful[optional]roasted
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Hing a pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Soak tamarind in a glass of water and drain.
- Heat oil in a Kadai add seasoning, add curry leaves and groundnut.
- Fry for 2 minutes and now add onion, chilies,hing.
- Fry onion, tomato mash lightly add turmeric, salt, tamarind water.
- Boil until the water evaporates and oil floats add the rice.
- Fry the rice to piping hot and serve with curd.
