Wheat flour dosa


Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour            1 cup
  2. Salt                        1 tsp
  3. Onion                    1 chopped 
  4. Green chilly            1 cut into small pieces
  5. Curry leaves           2 cut into small pieces
  6. Coriander leaves     handful chopped
  7. Carrot                    1 cut into small pieces
  8. Water                     3 cups
Method
  • Mix all the ingredients by adding water.
  • Pour on hot dosa pan and fry on both the sides.
  • Smear oil or ghee while frying.
  • Serve hot with tomato chutney or pickle.
