INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken cut into small pieces
- 4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 100 gms cornflour
- 5 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red color
- 1 tsp Ajinomoto
- Handful of Kasuri methi leaves
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and keep in a closed bowl for 3 hours.
- Deep fry in oil. Serve with onion rings and lemon.
