- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chilly 1 cut into small pieces
- Curry leaves 2 cut into small pieces
- Coriander leaves handful chopped
- Carrot 1 cut into small pieces
- Water 3 cups
Method
- Mix all the ingredients by adding water.
- Pour on hot dosa pan and fry on both the sides.
- Smear oil or ghee while frying.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney or pickle.
