INGREDIENTS:-
- Eggs 4
- Bread slices 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Cheese 4 slices
- Butter 1 tbsp
FOR CUTTING:-
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
METHOD:-
- Cut the ingredients to small pieces.
- Mix the masala powders together.
- Heat tava melt butter, beat the eggs with chilly powder and salt.
- Por half beaten eggs and spread around the tava.
- Place 2 slice of bread, sprinkle onion, tomato, coriander, and green chilies.
- Pour the remaing egg mixture on top of the bread.
- Turn over and roast, turn and add cheese on the top of the bread.
- Cut the bread lightly, fold the omelette from one side, fold for 3 times.
- It looks like masala dosa. Serve with tomato sauce.
