INGREDIENTS:-
- Potato 2 big
- Onion 1 big
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves little
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5
- Salt 1 tsp
FOR SEASONING:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves few
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Boil potato cut onion, chilies, coriander leaves.
- Mash potatoes, heat oil, add mustard seeds and add ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves.
- Add green chilies, onion, and fry for a minute.
- Add mashed potato and fry on a low heat, add salt, garam masala and fry for a minute.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and add lemon juice and mix.
