INGREDIENTS:-
- Boiled goat head meat 1 bowl
- Small onion 1 cup
- Ginger- garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Curry masala 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Broth[ meat cooked water] 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
FOR SEASONING:-
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal 1 tsp
- Curry leaves handful
- Coriander leaves handful
- Cinnamon 1"
- Cloves 5
- Cardamom 2
- Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Heat oil, add seasoning, splutter mustard, fry both dhal.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, curry leaves and fry.
- Add onion and fry for a minute, and add ginger-garlic paste.
- Fry for a while, add cooked meat, chilly powder, curry masala, pepper powder.
- Add salt, broth, and cook on a high flame for a minute.
- Stir simultaneously till the water dries up. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, chapati.
