VEGETABLE SET DOSA

INGREDIENTS

  1. Dosa Batter                  3 cups
  2. Carrot grated                1 cup
  3. Beetroot grated             1 cup
  4. Coriander leaves           1 cup chopped
  5. Oil                                 for roasting
METHOD
  • Heat dosa pan pour 1 ladleful batter, sprinkle the grated vegetable, and press it by ladle.
  • Roast on low heat, turn over the vegetable side, and fry.
  • Make three dosa with different vegetables and serve with sambar, chutney.
