INGREDIENTS- Dosa Batter 3 cups
- Carrot grated 1 cup
- Beetroot grated 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 cup chopped
- Oil for roasting
METHOD
- Heat dosa pan pour 1 ladleful batter, sprinkle the grated vegetable, and press it by ladle.
- Roast on low heat, turn over the vegetable side, and fry.
- Make three dosa with different vegetables and serve with sambar, chutney.
