VADA SAMBAR

INGREDIENTS

  1. Uddin Vada                  6 nos
  2. Sambar                        1 bowl
  3. Onion                           cut into small pieces
  4. Coriander leaves          handful chopped
  5. Ghee                            1 tbsp
  6. Coconut oil                  1 tbsp
TO SERVE
  • Prepare sambar, recipe given in my blog.
  • Arrange vada in a serving bowl.
  • Pour 2 or 3 ladleful sambar over vada.
  • Sprinkle onion, coriander leaves, add ghee, and coconut oil over the vada.
NOTE:-
  • Serve Bajji, Bonda, anything in the same method.
