
- Uddin Vada 6 nos
- Sambar 1 bowl
- Onion cut into small pieces
- Coriander leaves handful chopped
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil 1 tbsp
TO SERVE
- Prepare sambar, recipe given in my blog.
- Arrange vada in a serving bowl.
- Pour 2 or 3 ladleful sambar over vada.
- Sprinkle onion, coriander leaves, add ghee, and coconut oil over the vada.
