TAMARIND RICE IN PULIYOGERE PASTE
INGREDIENTS
- Rice 1 cup
- Water 5 cups
- Puliyogere paste 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Boil water add rice and cook until 3/4 is done.
- Drain water completely, and spread the cooked rice on a plate and cool down.
- Mix the rice and Puliyogere paste evenly.
- Mix the paste before 2 hours to serve.
- Serve with curd rice, and pickles.
