TAMARIND RICE IN PULIYOGERE PASTE

INGREDIENTS

  1. Rice                        1 cup
  2. Water                      5 cups
  3. Puliyogere paste     2 tbsp
  4. Sesame oil              1 tbsp
METHOD
  • Boil water add rice and cook until 3/4 is done.
  • Drain water completely, and spread the cooked rice on a plate and cool down.
  • Mix the rice and Puliyogere paste evenly.
  • Mix the paste before 2 hours to serve.
  • Serve with curd rice, and pickles.
