PALM SUGAR GUNJI

INGREDIENTS

  1. Fenugreek  gunji powder    1 tbsp
  2. Palm sugar                           1 tbsp
  3. Water                                   1 cup
  4. Salt                                      a pinch
METHOD
  • Boil water, add salt. Mix gunji powder in little water.
  • Stir and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add palm sugar and boil until it melts.
  • Stir and off the stove. Serve when it is mild hot.
  • This gunji is very good for health, and for Blood Circulation.
