Raw banana curry masala fry

INGREDIENTS

  1. Raw Banana                1
  2. Water                           5 cups
  3. Tumeric                       1 tsp
  4. Salt                              2 tsp+1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste      1 tbsp
  6. Curry masala               1 tbsp
  7. Chilly powder             2 tsp
  8. Oil                               for frying 
METHOD
  • Cut raw banana into 1" pieces and immerse in water.
  • Drain the water and boil 5 cups of water, add turmeric, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Drain water and spread on a paste to cool.
  • Mix ginger-garlic paste, chilly, curry powder, salt, and Bengal flour
  • Marinate raw banana for 1 hour before frying.
  • Heat oil to a pipping hot and fry till crisp.
  • Serve with any Sambar rice, curd rice.
