INGREDIENTS- Raw Banana 1
 - Water 5 cups
 - Tumeric 1 tsp
 - Salt 2 tsp+1/2 tsp
 - Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
 - Curry masala 1 tbsp
 - Chilly powder 2 tsp
 - Oil for frying
 
METHOD
- Cut raw banana into 1" pieces and immerse in water.
 - Drain the water and boil 5 cups of water, add turmeric, and cook for 3 minutes.
 - Drain water and spread on a paste to cool.
 - Mix ginger-garlic paste, chilly, curry powder, salt, and Bengal flour
 - Marinate raw banana for 1 hour before frying.
 - Heat oil to a pipping hot and fry till crisp.
 - Serve with any Sambar rice, curd rice.
