INGREDIENTS
- Plantain flowerets 20 long one
- Bajji mix powder 1 cup
- Water 1/2 cup+ 1 cup
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- Boil the flowers in 1 cup of water for 1 minute adding salt.
- Drain the water completely, and cool it.
- Heat oil, mix the bajji flour and cornflour with 1/2 cup of water.
- Dip the flowerets one by one and drop into the hot oil.
- Reduce the flame and fry till crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney or plain.
