- Maida 1 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
METHOD:-
- Mix the above ingredients to a smooth dough.
- Keep the dough in a hot box for 3 hours.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Make 4 balls out of dough. dust in maida flour.
- Press to a puri shape and smear oil on it and fold in half.
- And apply oil and fold again to a triangle shape.
- Press and dust on both sides, shape as a traingle chapati.
- Roast on both sides. Serve with chicken gravy.
