MAIDA CHAPATI


INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Maida                     1 cup
  2. Curd                       1/2 cup
  3. Salt                         1 tsp
  4. Oil                          2 tsp
METHOD:-
  • Mix the above ingredients to a smooth dough.
  • Keep the dough in a hot box for 3 hours.
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  • Make 4 balls out of dough. dust in maida flour.
  • Press to a puri shape and smear oil on it and fold in half.
  • And apply oil and fold again to a triangle shape.
  • Press and dust on both sides, shape as a traingle chapati.
  • Roast on both sides. Serve with chicken gravy.
