
- Coconut Grated 1 cup
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful
FOR SEASONING
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1"
- Cloves 2
- Cardamom 2
- Green chilies 3 broken
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
METHOD
- Heat oil in a Kadai, splutter mustard, fry urad dal, chilies. cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
- Add curry leaves, coconut, and fry for a minute.
- Add rice, and salt, fry on a high heat until the rice mixed up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
