- Bramhi leaves 1 bunch
- Tur dal [lentils] 1/4 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
FOR SEASONING
- Badaga 1 tbsp
- Hing 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 cut
- Egg 2 [opt]
- Coconut 1/4 cup
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Cook Tur Dal and Brahmi leaves for 1 whistle, Retain water for rasam.
- Heat oil add Badaga, hing, turmeric, chilly powder.
- Add onion and fry for a minute, add cooked dal, Brahmi leaves, and salt.
- Fry until it dries up, add coconut and fry.
- Beat eggs and pour, fry till eggs cooked up.
- If you don't like eggs, just add coconut and fry.
- Serve with Rice, Chapati.
