BEETROOT JAM

INGREDIENTS

  1. Beet Root                      1 big
  2. Sugar                             1/2 cup
  3. Ghee                              1 tsp
METHOD
  • Wash the beetroot and cut into 1" pieces.
  • Grind to a smooth paste.
  • Cook the ground beetroot for 2 whistles on low heat.
  • Cooldown and add sugar stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Simmer on low heat till the liquid evaporates.
  • It takes a few minutes to dry.
  • Serve with chapati, bread.
