BEETROOT JAM
INGREDIENTS
- Beet Root 1 big
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1 tsp
METHOD
- Wash the beetroot and cut into 1" pieces.
- Grind to a smooth paste.
- Cook the ground beetroot for 2 whistles on low heat.
- Cooldown and add sugar stir until sugar dissolves.
- Simmer on low heat till the liquid evaporates.
- It takes a few minutes to dry.
- Serve with chapati, bread.
