Method
- Wash rice 2 times and soak separately
- Wash urad dal 1 time and soak with fenugreek seeds.
- Soak for at least 5 hours,
- Grind urad dal first for 20 minutes to smooth and fluffy. Adding 1/2 cup of water
- Grind rice for 45 minutes.Adding 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Transfer the 2 batters to a large vessel.
- Add 3 cups of water to the grinder and clean.
- Take out the rice water and add to the batter.
- Mix both batter adding salt to a fluffy consistency.
- Close it and ferment for at least 12 hours.
- The batter will be ready on the other day.
