Topiaca recipes
Ingredients
- Topiaca 1 cut into 2 pieces
- Water 2 liters
- Salt 3 tsp
Method
- Boil the topiaca adding water and salt.
- Cook for 5 whistles.D.rain water completely
- Cool down.
- Make 3 parts. Mash 1 part and cube another part.
- Keep 1 part as it is.
