Spicy Maida kodebhale

Ingredients
  1. Maida                              1 cup
  2. Rice flour                        1 cup
  3. Rava                                1/2 cup
  4. Curd                                1 tbsp
  5. Oil                                   1 tbsp +  frying
  6. Salt                                  3/4 tsp
  7. Baking soda                    1/4 tsp
For grinding
  1. Coriander leaves             handful
  2. Green chilies                   6
  3. Garlic                              6
  4. Ginger                             1"
Method
  • Grind the masala items to a paste adding curd.
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil and pour.
  • Mix and knead like a dough and let it stand for 1/2 an hour.
  • Make thin long sticks cut and make small rings.
  • Heat oil on low flame if it is hot off the stove.
  • Should be fried on low heat so it will come out crisp.
