Ingredients
- Maida 1 cup
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Rava 1/2 cup
- Curd 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp + frying
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
For grinding
- Grind the masala items to a paste adding curd.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil and pour.
- Mix and knead like a dough and let it stand for 1/2 an hour.
- Make thin long sticks cut and make small rings.
- Heat oil on low flame if it is hot off the stove.
- Should be fried on low heat so it will come out crisp.
