Ingredients
- Rice Rawa 1 cup
 - Baking soda 1/2 tsp of Eno
 - Curd 2 cups
 - Salt 1 tsp
 - Coriander leaves handful chopped
 - Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
 
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
 - Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
 - Bengal gram 1 tsp
 - Cashew nuts 10 broken
 - Green chilies 2 chopped
 - Curry leaves 2 chopped
 - Asafoetida a pinch
 - Oil 1 tbsp
 
Method
- Heat oil in a Kadai add seasoning saute till mustard seeds splutter.
 - Add curry leaves, chilies, cashew nuts, asafoetida, turmeric, and rawa.
 - Fry till rawa changes its color.
 - Remove and spread on a plate to cool.
 - Beat curd, baking soda, and salt till frothy.
 - Mix in fried rawa, coriander leaves and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
 - Steam as idlies for 15 minutes. Serve hot with ghee and veg kurma, and chutney.
