Quinoa dosa

Ingredients
  1. Quinoa                          1 cup
  2. Idly batter                     1 cup
  3. Wheat flour                   1 cup
  4. Salt                                to taste
  5. Onion                            1 chopped
  6. Green chilis                   4 cut
  7. Coriander leaves            little
  8. Water                             1 cup
  9. Oil                                 for roasting
Method
  • Soak quinoa for 8 hours.
  • Mix water and wheat flour without lumps.
  • Add batter, cut onion, and chilis.
  • Add more water if necessary.
  • Let the batter soak for 1 hour. 
  • Roast on both sides.
  • Serve with any chutney. This crunchy dosa tastes good.
  • You may add groundnut, mint leaves, palak as per taste.
