For Topiaca fry
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chilies 2 cut
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few

- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
- Heat oil splutter mustard seeds,
- Add urad, bengal gram dal and fry.
- Add onion, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste.
- Sprinkle little water and add chilly, turmeric, garam masala.
- Cook on low flame for 2 minutes or until raw smell goes.
- Now add cubed topiaca and salt stir and fry well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
