Masala Topiaca

Ingredients

For Topiaca fry
  1. Onion                      1 chopped
  2. Green chilies           2 cut
  3. Chilly powder         1 tsp
  4. Salt                          1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves            few

For Topiaca fry

 
  1. Onion                      1 chopped
  2. Green chilies           2 cut
  3. Chilly powder         1 tsp
  4. Salt                          1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves            few
  7. Coriander leaves      little
  8. Oil                           2 tbsp
  9. Garam masala          1 tsp
  10. Turmeric                  1/2 tsp
  11. Water                       1 tbsp
For seasoning
  1. Mustard seeds          1 tsp
  2. Urad dhal                 1 tsp
  3. Bengal gram            1 tsp
  4. Asafoetida               1/4 tsp
Method
  • Heat oil splutter mustard seeds,
  • Add urad, bengal gram dal and fry.
  • Add onion, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste.
  • Sprinkle little water and add chilly, turmeric, garam masala.
  • Cook on low flame for 2 minutes or until raw smell goes.
  • Now add cubed topiaca and salt stir and fry well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
