Madhur vada

Ingredients


  1. Maida                        1 cup
  2. Rice flour                  1 cup
  3. Rava                          1/2 cup
  4. Salt                            1 tsp
  5. Baking soda               1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilies             6 chopped
  7. Onion                        1 chopped finely
  8. Coriander leaves       handful chopped
  9. Ginger                       little[optional]
  10. Curry leaves              handful chopped
  11. Oil                             2 tbsp + frying
  12. Water                        1 tbsp
Method
  • Take all the ingredients ina bowl except oil and water.
  • Mix them. Heat 2 tbsp oil and pour over the flour.
  • Add water and Knead as chapati dough.
  • Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • Heat oil on a low flame no need to heat the oil as for puri.
  • Make small round balls as chapati we do and pat it.
  • Let the dough be 1/4" thickness fry on a low flame.
  • Fry until no bubbles on the top of the oil.
  • Serve with chutney.
