Ingredients
- Maida 1 cup
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Rava 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 6 chopped
- Onion 1 chopped finely
- Coriander leaves handful chopped
- Ginger little[optional]
- Curry leaves handful chopped
- Oil 2 tbsp + frying
- Water 1 tbsp
Method
- Take all the ingredients ina bowl except oil and water.
- Mix them. Heat 2 tbsp oil and pour over the flour.
- Add water and Knead as chapati dough.
- Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat oil on a low flame no need to heat the oil as for puri.
- Make small round balls as chapati we do and pat it.
- Let the dough be 1/4" thickness fry on a low flame.
- Fry until no bubbles on the top of the oil.
- Serve with chutney.
