
- Boiled Semia 2 cups
- Onion 1 big
- Green chilies 5
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 1
- Coriander leaves handful
For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp\
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal Gram dal 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves few
- Asafoetida 1/4 tsp[hing]

Method
- Mix salt and lemon to the boiled semia and keep it aside.
- Cut onion, coriander leaves, slit green chilies.
- Heat oil in a Kadai add seasoning, let mustard seeds splutter.
- Add onion, curry leaves, green chilies and fry for 3 minutes.
- Fry onion till light brown, add turmeric and hing.
- Add semia mix well and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with red chutney and omelet.
