Coriander chutney
Ingredients

- Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Ginger 1/2"
- Garlic 6 flakes
- Coconut 1 cup
- Roasted gram 5 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 5 drops
For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
- Grind coconut, roasted gram, ginger, salt, coriander leaves, green chilies, water.
- Grind to a smooth paste, add lemon juice and serve with any breakfast, snacks.
