Chilly Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Red chilies 20
- Garlic 2 pods
- Tomato 2
- Tomato sauce 1 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1/4 cup
Method
- Soak chilies in 1/2 cup of water for 3 hours.
- Drain water and grind with garlic, tomatoes, salt, and sugar.
- Add chilly water if necessary.
- Heat oil add the paste, chilly soaked water, tomato sauce and bring to boil once.
- Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes or until the oil floats on top.
