Ingredients
- Soya beans 1 cup
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Rice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves little chopped
- Chilly 1 chopped\
Method
- Soak soya beans, urad dhal and rice for 2 hours
- Grind to a smooth paste and add water to make to a dosa consistency.
- Heat Tawa pour ladleful dough and spread as dosa.
- Add cut onion, coriander leaves, chilly and press them.
- So that the onion, coriander and chilly stick to the dough.
- Smear oil on top and turn and roast on both sides.
- Serve with any sambar or gravy.
