Ingredients
Method
- Rawa 1 cup
- Sour curd 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking soda a pinch
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
For seasoning
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Green chilly 1 chopped
- Curry leaves 3 chopped
- Coriander leaves little chopped
Method
- Heat oil add mustard seeds and splutter.
- Add all the seasoning ingredients and fry.
- After that add rawa and fry till it turns to white in color.
- Now add turmeric and mix well.
- Cool and mix in curd and soda.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Steam for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney and potato sambar.
