Ingredients
- Palak[Spinach] 1 bunch
- Tur dhal[lentils] 1 cup
- Garlic 10 flakes
- Small onion 10
- Green chilies 5
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Castor oil 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
Seasoning
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
- Badaga little
- Asafoetida a pinch
Method
- Pressure cook dhal, garlic, small onion, green chilies, turmeric, castor oil, and water for 2 whistles.
- Cool and add salt. Mash well add seasoning.
- Serve with rice and ghee.
