Ingredients
- Bottle Gourd 1
- Small onion 10
- Tomato 2 nos
- Dhania powder 2 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Sambar powder 2 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
For Seasoning
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Urad Dhal 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
- Curry seeds little
- Coriander leaves little
Method
- Cut bottle gourd, onion, tomato.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add seasoning and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, onion and fry till translucent.
- Fry adding tomato,ginger-garlic paste, and vegetable.
- Now add all the masala powders, turmeric.
- Mix well and add salt, chilly powder, and water.
- Cook for 2 whistles. Garnish with coriander leaves.
