Ingredients
- Raw banana 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves little
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal 1 tsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Curry leaves little
Method
- Cut raw banana into small pieces.
- Chop onion, green chilies, coriander leaves.
- Boil cut banana adding water, turmeric and little salt.
- Drain water. Heat oil add seasoning and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion, chilies, curry leaves and fry well.
- Add salt and coriander leaves.
