Fish fry-1
I
ngredients
Fish 4 slices
Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red food color a pinch[optional]
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Maida flour 1 tbsp
Water little
Oil for frying
Method
Mix all the ingredients and smear well on the fish.
Deep fry on both the sides.
Serve with onion rings.
