Ingredients
- Onion 2 big chopped
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger 1/4"
- Garlic 2 flakes
- Red chilies 4 nos
- Tamarind 1" piece
- Coconut 1/2 cup
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil and fry all the ingredients.
- Cool and grind adding salt to smooth paste.
- Season with mustard seeds, urad, Bengal gram and curry leaves.
- Serve with mixed dhal dosa.
