- PLAIN DOSA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup boiled and cooled noodles
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Water
Method
- Mix both together and pour as dosa.
- Roast on both sides adding oil or butter.
- Serve with green chutney, tomato sambar.
2. NOODLES OMELETTE
- 1 egg
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1/4 ts turmeric
- 1/4 tsp chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup boiled noodles
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Handful coriander leaves
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and pour on the dosa pan.
- Roast adding oil or butter
- 1 cup besan flour
- 1 tsp maida
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 cup boiled noodles
- 1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Handful coriander leaves
- Mix all the ingredients adding sufficient water and fry omelets.
