 INGREDIENTS

1. LG hing packet       1 packet

METHOD

• Break the solid hing and dry roast in a pan.
• Turn the hing after when one side puffs up.
• Off the stove and cool it for 1 hour.
• Powder in a mixy and store it in a airtight container.

• In a micro oven glass bowl place the solid hing and roast 1 minute
• .Turn over after 30 seconds, it puffs after 1 minute.
• Cool down and break it and powder in mixy jar.
