TOPIACA CURD CHAT
INGREDIENTS:-
- Topiaca cutlet 1
- Tamarind sauce 1 tsp
- Garam masala a pinch
- Chilly powder a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Om pudi handful
- Onion little cut
- Tomato little cut
- Coriander leaves little
FOR CURD MIX:-
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Mix curd with salt and sugar to a smooth paste.
- In a serving bowl, add cutlet , tamarind sauce on top.
- Sprinkle chilly powder, garam masala, and pour curd mix.
- Sprinkle onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and om pudi on top.
- Refer tamarind sauce, and topiaca cutlet from this blog.
