INGREDIENTS:-
- Coconut 1/2 grated
- Green chilies 10
- Ginger 1"
- Mint leaves few
- Coriander leaves handful
- Roasted gram 7 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Garlic 2 flakes
- Small onion 2 nos
- Roasted groundnut 1 tbsp
FOR SEASONING:-
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad 1 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
METHOD:-
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Add seasoning and serve with masala dosa.
