BOILED EGG RICE
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled Rice 1 cup
- Boiled Eggs 3
- Onion 1
- Green Chilies 6
- Mint leaves little
- Coriander leaves little
- Curry masala 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Slice onion. slit chilies.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, chilies, mint and coriander leaves fry.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add rice, curry masala, salt, and mix on high flame.
- Finally, add eggs and fry. Serve hot with any gravy.
