INGREDIENTS
- Maida 2 cups
 - Rava 2 tbsps
 - Soda 1/2 tsp
 - Curd 1/4 cup
 - Water 1/4 cup
 - Salt 1 tsp
 - Oil 2 tsp
 
METHOD
- In a vessel, add maida, salt, soda, and oil.
 - Mix well, add curd, water and knead to a smooth dough.
 - Set aside for 3 hours, knead again.
 - Make big lemon sized ball and press as puri, little bigger than puri.
 - Deep fry and serve with channa masala gravy.
