BATURA

INGREDIENTS
  1. Maida                2 cups
  2. Rava                  2 tbsps
  3. Soda                   1/2 tsp
  4. Curd                   1/4 cup
  5. Water                  1/4 cup
  6. Salt                     1 tsp
  7. Oil                      2 tsp
METHOD
  • In a vessel, add maida, salt, soda, and oil.
  • Mix well, add curd, water and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Set aside for 3 hours, knead again.
  • Make big lemon sized ball and press as puri, little bigger than puri.
  • Deep fry and serve with channa masala gravy.
