Ingredients
- Raw Banana 1
 - Maida 2 tbsp
 - Cornflour 1 tbsp
 - Bengal gram flour 1 tbsp
 - Curry masala 1 tsp
 - Chilly Powder 1 tsp
 - Salt 1+ 1/2 tsp
 - Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tsp
 - Oil for frying
 - Water 4 cups
 - Turmeric 1/2 tsp
 
Method
- Cut raw banana into small cubes.
 - Boil adding turmeric and 1 tsp of salt for 2 or 3 minutes.
 - Drain water completely and cool it.
 - In a bowl mix bengal gram flour, maida, cornflour, half tsp salt, chilly powder, curry masala, ginger-garlic paste.
 - Sprinkle little water and mix, add boiled raw banana and marinate for 1 hour.
 - Fry and serve with rice.
