Raw Banana Fry

Ingredients
  1. Raw Banana                1
  2. Maida                         2 tbsp
  3. Cornflour                    1 tbsp
  4. Bengal gram flour       1 tbsp
  5. Curry masala               1 tsp
  6. Chilly Powder             1 tsp
  7. Salt                              1+ 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger-Garlic paste     2 tsp
  9. Oil                               for frying
  10. Water                          4 cups
  11. Turmeric                     1/2 tsp
Method
  • Cut raw banana into small cubes.
  • Boil adding turmeric and 1 tsp of salt for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Drain water completely and cool it.
  • In a bowl mix bengal gram flour, maida, cornflour, half tsp salt, chilly powder, curry masala, ginger-garlic paste.
  • Sprinkle little water and mix, add boiled raw banana and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Fry and serve with rice.
