Ingredients
- Maida 1 cup
- Eno 1 tsp
- Onion 1 big chopped
- Green chilis 6 chopped
- Curry leaves few cut into small pieces
- Coriander leaves handful
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Water 1/2 cup
Method
- Mix maida, water, salt, and soak for 1 hour.
- Add the other ingredients and keep it 10 minutes.
- Heat oil drop spoonful of dough and deep fry till crisp.
- Serve with or without chutney.
