INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- Boil 3/4 cup of water adding salt and oil in a cooker pan.
- Take ragi flour and remaining water in a bowl and mix without lumps.
- Add to the boiling water and stir.
- Keep on stirring until it changes its color.
- It shouldn't stick underneath the bowl.
- It should resemble like halwa.
- Off the heat. Take a round bowl and put a laddle full of dough and shape it like a ball.
- Serve with spicy curry.
