CARROT - ONION RAITHA
INGREDIENTS:-
Carrot 1 big
Onion 1
Curd 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
METHOD:-
Wash and scrape carrot, julienne onion.
Mix in curd, add salt, and serve with pulao.
