BARLEY GUNJI

 INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Barley powder        1 tbsp        
  2. Water                      2 cups
  3. Salt                         3/4 tsp
METHOD:-
  • Mix barley powder, salt, and water.
  • Bring to boil stiring without leaving hands.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve with mild hot.
