METHOD
- Separate the leaves and flowers,
- Take one flower and open, inside we can see stick-like.
- Its STAMEN and another one white nail shaped, it is the OVARY of the flower.
- Pluck these two in each flower.
- Do this for 3/4 flower completed, then the other 1/4 part the flower can be used without plucking the stamen and ovary.
- Cut the whole part of the 1/4 flower.
- If the flower is chopped should be soaked in the buttermilk or rice washed water.
- Otherwise, the milk in the flower becomes black if exposed in the air.
