Plain Kalaki
Ingredients
- Egg 1
- Oil 1 tsp
- Chutney powder 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
Method
- Heat tawa and keep the flame low.
- Beat egg and pour on the tawa.
- Quickly fold the side of the omelet to the triangle shape.
- Take off from tawa to serving plate.
- Sprinkle chutney powder or salt and pepper.
