Plain Kalaki

Ingredients

  1. Egg                       1
  2. Oil                        1 tsp
  3. Chutney powder   1 tsp
  4. Salt                       a pinch
  5. Pepper                   1/2 tsp
Method
  • Heat tawa and keep the flame low.
  • Beat egg and pour on the tawa.
  • Quickly fold the side of the omelet to the triangle shape.
  • Take off from tawa to serving plate.
  • Sprinkle chutney powder or salt and pepper.
