AVAL PRASADAM
INGREDIENTS:-
Aval 2 cups
Jaggery 1 cup
Coconut 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Banana 4 nos
Water 1/4 cup
METHOD:-
Wash aval for 3 or 4 times, add salt, water, and soak for 1 hour.
Pound jaggery, scrape coconut, cut banana to small pieces.
Mix all and serve as prasadam to all.
