INGREDIENTS
- Badam 20
- Cardamom 4
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 glass
- Water 2 glass
METHOD
- Wash badam and grind adding 1/2 glass of water to a smooth paste.
- Boil badam paste adding remaining water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric, milk, sugar, cardamom and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold, healthy drink for all.
